The former home of Lord Rank, Sutton Manor is situated in 60 acres of gardens and parkland in Sutton Scotney, near Winchester.
The 27-room Nursing Home, with six additional residential care rooms and two independent living apartments, resides in the Manor itself and offers gracious living for residents, coupled with high quality care. Each room includes en-suite bathroom facilities and we also offer rooms designed for two people. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement.
In addition, a variety of retirement accommodation is situated within the extensive grounds, which include Lord Rank’s former walled rose garden, carrying memories of visits by Dirk Bogarde and Marilyn Monroe.
The retirement housing provides a variety of accommodation for independent living, including apartments in the Bothy, a delightful former stable block, Garden Court and our award-winning thatched cottages. The unique Water Tower house, with its own gardens and garaging, is also located in a quiet corner of the estate.
